Darren Goodrich has dedicated over 20 years to leadership and discipleship, both in the marketplace and the church. He has worked with organizations such as Family Christian Stores, Chick-fil-A, and Just Love Coffee Café, where he has mentored and developed thousands of young adults, equipping them with leadership principles that have shaped their careers and character.

Beyond his marketplace leadership, Darren has a heart for discipleship and church ministry. While serving in the Small Groups Ministry at The Summit Church in Durham, NC, he developed a digital discipleship team that helped connect new members to the life of the church through small groups across the Raleigh-Durham area.

In 2020, Darren and his family followed God’s call to plant Remnant Church in Leesburg, FL, where he served as Executive Pastor. In the fall of 2022, God led them to LifePointe Church in Eustis, FL, where he now serves as the Pastor of Children & Families. His passion for equipping churches extends beyond his local congregation, as he also serves The Florida Baptist Convention as a statewide trainer for Vacation Bible School.

Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Leadership Studies from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. His commitment to leadership, discipleship, and strengthening families in faith is at the core of Uniting the Family in Faith, as he seeks to empower families to grow together in Christ and build a lasting legacy of faith.
