TweetOver the last few weeks, I have come to love King David’s beautifully crafted message found in Psalm 139. As I reflect on this scripture, I can’t help but relate this to building a team and how it’s a leader’s responsibility to know and engage members of the team. I believe God has placed leaders in a uniquely different serving opportunity for a reason. As members of the body of Christ, we are to serve others before we serve ourselves because that is what Jesus Christ taught while He was on earth.  Matthew tells us, “…the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give…
